New client onboarding & Insurance verification

Clinicians, please make sure to send us a "NEW CLIENT" email for outpatient & HCT clients, prior to your first session.

Scheduling

Clinicians, when requesting office space, please include start date, start & end time, client initials, client type (adult, teen, or child), as well as office location (Portland or Biddeford).

To confirm opening paperwork has been submitted, you may reach out to Casi. She will follow up with you to assure it is completed.

Mileage Reimbursement

When you begin with a new HCT or Section 28 client requiring mileage reimbursement, please send Meg an email with the subject simply, "MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT". If you are able to provide the client's address, that is helpful, but Meg will verify the address and mileage.

Payroll

Payroll is run on Fridays. You will receive your paystub via email on Fridays. Your direct deposit will be sent to your bank account on Mondays. (Subject to change when a bank holiday occurs.)

PRIVATE PAY CLIENT PAYMENTS

We ask that new self-pay clients set up a payment method prior to the first session. Please work with Casi to set this up. Preferably, we will put a credit card on file, with verbal consent from the client to charge the card upon each session.
